The Exotic Wildlife Association (EWA) recently announced new plans to publish a second volume of the EWA cookbook which will feature the favorite venison recipes of its members and/or their families.
The EWA is now requesting all of its members to submit their favorite recipes that use venison instead of beef or some other meat product. The recipe can be for any dish — from smoked meats, casseroles and sausage to pizza, lasagna, spaghetti, etc. For this second cookbook, the EWA would also like to include a dessert section so, if members have a great desert that they want to share, please send that in as well.
The EWA hopes to have “Cooking With the EWA Volume II” published by the EWA Annual Membership Meeting to be held on March 1, 2019.  Members’ names will accompany all printed recipes.
There are two methods for submitting recipes:
• Email recipes to by Jan. 15, 2019, or
• Enter recipes online at directly to the editor’s account (Tammy Kneuper).
